- All orders under AED 350 will be subject to an AED 20 shipping fee
- Free delivery on all orders above AED 350
- Additional AED 20 in shipping applicable on all returns which will be deducted from the amount due for refund
- Additional AED 20 for replacements under AED 350, replacements over AED 350 will be free
- Deliveries within UAE take 3 to 4 working days
- All orders under USD 150 will be subject to an USD 15 shipping fee
- Free delivery on all orders above USD 150
- Additional USD 15 in shipping applicable on all returns which will be deducted from the amount due for refund
- Additional USD 15 for replacements under USD 150, replacements over USD 150 will be free
- Deliveries across the GCC take 7 to 10 working days, and are subject to customs clearance
